8th Grade Plan for College and Career Readiness (PCCR) Parent Meeting

It is time to schedule your 8th grader’s Plan for College & Career Readiness (PCCR) appointment. A counselor will meet with every 8th grade student individually with their parent(s)/guardian for 20 minutes to discuss academic and career goals and make plans for high school and beyond. Parent involvement in these meetings helps lead to student success. Please make every effort to attend.

You can now schedule your student’s PCCR appointment online through Calendly at a time convenient for you. You do not need to meet with the 8th grade school counselor; you can meet with any of our 3 counselors for this meeting. Please schedule your PCCR meeting before October 12th or it will be scheduled for you.

Please follow any of the following links to schedule your appointment. These links are also provided on our counseling website.

- Mrs. Herrera: https://calendly.com/therrera
- Mr. Walk:
https://calendly.com/bwalk-1
- Mr. Merrill:

Please arrive at the counseling office 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you have any questions, please refer to our website.

DUE TO COVID-19, DO NOT BRING OTHER CHILDREN TO THE SCHOOL FOR THE PCCR MEETING.  Parents and the 8th grade student only can attend the PCCR Meeting.  If this is not possible, you can use the options of attending via phone or attending via ZOOM.

Thank you!
